Downloading Hacks
I think we could get a lot more members and active people in the forums if we had a post requirement for downloading things on the website. Noob555 and I were discussing this and we think there should be like a 30 post count requirement in order to download hacks. Is this a good idea? Any mods or Dave tell me what you think.
