Did this really just happen?

Was about to transfer some cash to my bank and got a message that I was banned. I had 2 accounts. One with a balance of $640 and some change; the other with over $4000. They decided to close both of them on me.... So fuck PayPal!! They closed both of them with no reasoning and said they take all the money.
