Non-steam css

i have CSS, i dont want to hack because i'd get banned in l4d2
i downloaded non-steam CSS -> do i get banned if i cheat with my non-steam css and steam closed?

I dont know what nun-steam css is but.... steam have stoped banning poeple in css for hacking becouse there is so many /

Perma ban I dont know, but vac bans still enabled for specific servers. I did hear about that vac perma ban gettin axed though, remember hearin it somewhere...

I think, the guy is french, because in french, players ban by VAC use a no steam, they don't need a steam account for play
