You probably need to first store the actual achievements before changing your rank. Open up S.A.M Picker and open the Dead by Daylight tab.
Find the achievement "Expert Killer" and "Expert survivor". Check both of these boxes and click "Commit Changes" near the top right corner.
Wait approx. 30 minutes or so. Now check the "Master Killer" and "Master survivor" achievements.
Wait approx. 30 minutes or so. Now check the "Legendary Killer" and "Legendary survivor" achievements.
Once you have done all of these steps, you are now free to change what rank you what at whatever time you want.
On the top left corner, click on the "Statistics" tab and check the "I understand by modifying the values of stats. I may screw things up and can't blame anyone but myself." box near the bottom.
Now, find the two names: DBD_KillerSkulls (obviously for killer), and DBD_CamperSkulls (for survivors). Change the value to whatever you want ranging from 1-90. (1 being Rank 20 with 1 pip and 90 being Rank 1 with 3 pips.) Once done editing, don't forget to click on the "Commit Changes" box near the top right corner.
