Viewmodel_Offset is different as opposed to the viewmodel_fov that you are talking about. Instead of changing the field of view, Viewmodel_Offset changes the axis' of x,y, and z for your viewmodel. This is done with the commands viewmodel_offset_x, viewmodel_offset_y, viewmodel_offset_z.

"viewmodel_offset_x can be set anywhere from "-2" to "2.5" and determines the x axis of the viewmodel.
viewmodel_offset_x "-2 to 2.5"

viewmodel_offset_y can be set anywhere from "-2" to "2" and determines the y axis of the viewmodel.
viewmodel_offset_y "-2 to 2"

viewmodel_offset_z can be set anywhere from "-2" to "2" and determines the z axis of the viewmodel.
viewmodel_offset_z "-2 to 2""

The main point of having a Viewmodel_Offset changer is essentially to bypass the limitations of "-2" to "2". While not necessary for the cheat, it would be a cool and interesting Misc. feature. Thanks!
