Paypal chargeback

if somebody bought a item off me and he sent me the money. i spent the money.he charges it back.will he get his money back. i dont have any real info on this account

Yes he will get the money back and you're paypal account will go negative balance.

sounds like youre scamming and just wanna know if you can spoend the money
