Yes . That combined with a change in the walkspeed should do the trick .

The fastest way I know of farming combat trophy is glitch a private bludrutbrawl room, and use a quick restorer, brawler, and captain sweeping class (e.g. Blaze, Daimon, Eternal Inversionist, or Shadowsycthe General).
