Can I use Neteller Card to withdraw my money from a limited PayPal account?
Someone recommended I use Payoneer but I have no experience with it.

Any info. is appreciated.

You can use any Bank or any Debit supported Card for withdraw on PayPal, I tested Payoneer, they not letting me to add to the account.

used payoneer bank account for withdraw? payoneer is master card which not support paypal visa withdraw
