SolvedCant open grimoire 3.8

help!
i cant open any grimoire, when i open it always say (The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occured in the application at location 0x74ff845d.)

if anyone in here know how to fix it please tell me.

i think is the grimoire him self, try to donwload from another sorce or ask for someone ho ahve the bot working to send for you

my problem is when starting grimoire without vpn it will stuck on loading screen. but grimoire will work normally if connect to vpn. anyone have idea to solve this??
