Lies, it takes 2 sets of 15 Black HiSecs to recieve one Perm
I tested the theory, and its correct
Therefore, I proved my theorem

i got all the weapons possible outa black isec, but i WASTED over 300$ on them, not worth, i tell you

i buy the black hisec key
but my objetive is not get perm guns
i like the exp pass i level up soo faster
i buyed 18 keys the last week
and i get 150 passes of exp
and i get the 2lt rank soo faster

What you talking about

Really the theory is incorrect
I bought 24 black hi sec keys and i never got a permanent item.
All i have ever gotten were gp/exp passes and a a 30 day aug black, and pp19 camo and some other stuff.

I almost always get 100% exp passes

I heard that opening the oldest case you have helps.
