Nice brief mate, theres nothing on the actually theme of the site, its purpose, or the actual text (because that in itself would be influenced by the theme). It's like giving some builders an A4 sheet of paper, and telling them to build you the perfect house. Furthermore don't spin any crap about "paid work", you'd pay for this if you wanted to spend money on you're project.

i have no intention of spending money on a theme for a script i doubt i will finish
i only had time to add a screenshot in my edit because i had to take a call

the paid work isnt crap, ive got a possible job for lastbros.co.uk and there sister company lastbros-lables.co.uk, both are design companys and can provide me with graphics, teddingtoncheese.co.uk who require a entire site and the relaunch of pinksugarclothing.com with a integrated payment and reward system. and an ex student section for my old schools website. and thats to name a few....

I can appreciate all that, but going back to this request, i think your'e approach was not great. If you want something doing for free it does rely on a degree of mutual respect. Sorry i can't do this one for you, but any work that you do have i'm always open to offers.
