I would suggest trying reading university notes/ebooks/ youtube vids.
Dont waste money.
Youtube vids: e.g Derek Banas
Notes: Google search
Ebooks: Google search

Noone can spoon feed you knowledge.You have to spend hours and learn from your mistakes.Feel free to ask questions in the forum/stackoverflow or just google.
Most of the times you will find the answer out there because you are not the first neither the last who will ask a specific question.
Tutoring wont help you,at least in your case.
