WTBApple Refund International

I've been looking for an Apple Refund for my country (Malaysia) but couldn't do so because most of the refunding service are only available in US/CA regions and GroundWar has been banned before I could discuss with him about the refund. There's also other official Apple related stores (retailers/resellers) that I have in mind if the official Apple Store in my country have a low succeed rate.
