So I bought some codes and tried to order one, I filled all the infos but I don't know where to get a vcc since I don't have one.

check out the market place i can recall couple people selling vccs for that usecase

If you're doing 1, just use your personal one. That's what I did.

Or u can use a visa gift card if u have one
can confirm Revolut is one of the better options for refunding
Still stupid using Revolution if your ID and original bank card is still somehow traceable been to you even though you get a new card
