Fun game, this game is as close I've see a game get to actual war. More than often I've used kind words of diplomacy to persuade potential foes, and skillfully planned squad attacks to conquer enemies.

Not for the faint of heart if you want to get into the big leagues more than often I get bored a little while into the round and just play off the collar until I can find an alliance to make war with.

A tick (turn) based strategy game that tests your skills as tactician against a "world" of other players. This game has extremely dynamic, real application of war tactics.
Things like propaganda, diplomacy, strategic movement of units, nukes, outposts, conquering other people.
tl;dr
foreigner rat probably learnt your english out of the one MARVEL comic your village teacher fished out of a dumpster in the "city", to bring back to teach you little rats in teh village 
- not too long, if I were using nothing but onomatopoeia you'd be able to understand more "Ka pow"
