Our bodies need meat and vegetables/fruits. Not eating one of those causes malnutrition on the long term.
Our diet needs to be balanced.

Some people can restrict their diet to vegetables and fruits only, for medical reasons, ethical reasons, or due to a mental illness (phobias...).

Everybody should be free to eat whatever they want without being shamed for that. That's why I hate vegans. Nobody bother vegans
when they choose to eat vegetables only. But vegans allow themselves to insult those who choose to eat meat.
They are a group of intolerant people, wishing death on butchers, burning meat-related businesses: destroying jobs and lives.
They prefer to kill cats and dogs, than seeing them alive because for them, for animals to live with us is slavery.
They consider that bees are exploited by humans for their honey, in a similar way to how humans are exploited by entrepreneurs/bosses.

They are nuts, do not know anything from life: they pretend we can oppose nature, and the way our bodies are made.
They interpret everything backwards... they are weak, because in the wild nature, those who refuse to eat to survive die.
That's how the world works, and they refuse to admit it.
vegans are fucking retarded.
Meat everytime
We humans are generally omnivores not carnivores. With that said, congrats on becoming vegan and losing weight. Vegan diets are one of the hardest diets in my opinion but will give good results.
I tried going vegan for a while. i couldn't take it, my taste buds hated me, not because vegan food is bad, but i really really missed eating cheese and fish and stuff, so good luck to you, because it is hard af for some people
I couldn't be vegan. Need those easy cheap proteins and I can't bother eating beans and soja for it only. :P
If I had to choose only from being vegan or carnivore, I would choose vegan. But neither make sense and omnivore is the way to go.
Being vegan is great but totally inconvenient most places don't serve much for vegans. I was vegan for two years and it was great. I felt good and my energy levels were higher then ever but it was a hassle not being able to eat at places my friends and family liked. Plus It costs more at least for me it did by a lot. Cooking separate meals for my carnivores became a pain as well. Overall if I could afford it I would for the health benefits because really to me the animals weren't why I did it but they did give me a push to be vegan and not vegetarian. Since I've started eating meat again I've gained weight and I don't feel as good as I use too but eating meat is more filling. Being more full made it's so I eat less times a day and because of me being vegan I pay more attention to how I eat and the ingredients in my foods. I plan on going back to it when I can.
I like meat. My diet mainly is meat. I will never stop eating meat. I love meat.
As long as people do what is healthy for them, does it really matter? Parents forcing vegan diets on their kids tho..
