Unban request

I was just banned for ban evasion. I did create a few alts in the past to download files but I didn't know that was against the rules / I didn't see that one of these accounts was banned. I no longer have access to any of my alt accounts and don't know the attached emails and or usernames.
Can I get my ban duration reduced to something like a month? I don't think a permanent ban is fair.

I just checked you but i can't find any accounts, if you somehow remember please let us know what accounts. If you ban was permanent it will not be lifted or reduced but it depends on what you did and if you ban was just temporary, you can wait until is over.

If you can remember what accounts or the ban reason, it would speed up the process.
