House shop loader

I know a house shop loader doesn't exist, or if it does, I can't find it. I'd like to buy a house and get an Orb of Saving without buying DA (the DA cheat can't bypass the server check). Can it be done, similar to the other loaders like quest and regular shop loaders? Thanks.
