[Info] One Step Closer to Editing Attributes.rez
So as we all know the txt files in attributes.rez are encoded so there is almost no hope of editing those files directly. However while nexon was patching they put their .rez to be files in DELTA format. After some research it turns out that format is editable with some knowledge in c++. I don't know much about it but maybe someone else does. For now try googling Free DELTA and see what you get out of reading that article and what you can do with those programs I am attaching some of the files from today's patch in the delta format.

Well just as I was attaching I found attributes is in .nxgz format but I'll still upload maybe its still editable

No point, you can't play with people with different Attributes.rez, the only way is to make a server for Combat Arms.
