I'am so sorry about this inconvenience , but i had final exams for the school, so i had to leave the city for a couple days.
I would appreciate if @Lily @Danny or any other mods, could link me the scam reports i need to sort, so i can take care of them tomorow, when i am home!

Thank you for resolving this, in the future please try to mention things like being offline for multiple days to any current customers and not promise refunds on days you cannot do them.

Yeah i know my apologizes, i informed the most of the people, but i didn't had that many orders left before i left, like 5 in total , and only two users opened scam report.
But will do in future.
