For gaming, i would advise you to upgrade your RAM, your gpu is still great and you can only go for DDR3 1333/1600, because that's the memory type your cpu is for.
What's your mobo btw ?
What games are you gonna play? Because if you're on a budget, it'll be easier for us to recommend your upgrade so that it wouldn't be too overkill for the games that you're playing
Well im playing Dota 2, WOW, CS GO and AION. My old dell laptop was with the first I7 on the market with nvdia 525M and the same games was running really smooth. Now i have PC with better characteristics and its worse than before. MB its cus of the win 10 .. Any idea ?

with gtx 1060 all these games should work fine
Upgrading RAM definitely seems like the best choice here, your GPU can easily run all the games you listed and the CPU should be handling it fine, I found with my PC that the RAM is usually the component you need to give the most leeway with when it comes to gaming so your best bet would be to bump it up to 16GB

All of those games are quite old and aren't very stressful on a computer, I'd advise a ram upgrade as well as a motherboard+CPU upgrade (for ddr4) in order to future proof your machine.
