Paypal problems
heloo people im new here, i want to describe my problems with pp/ebay...
so first of all sorry my english isnt good.
im from Republic of Georgia,Tbilisi, i used to use paypal and ebay for years few times i get limmited or blocked my paypal account,also had multiple accounts with same computer and ip... but was abble to create new one without any problem just paypal with new random name,new mail and debit card even on same cardholders name what was blocked before.... so i dont even suspect if i ever will have this problem...
so the last pp account i had was working for 6months without problems until my friend asked me to list 1 miner for 1400$ it was sold and the problems began...usualy im not selling im just buyer and making good from resseling consumer electoronics in my country. so pp hold me funds(i knew that i sold before without problems) but now also limitted me account,reqeusted that miner invoice,so WTF? we dont have that invoice,called paypal they said ok no problem just upload id document, uploaded and got blocked....tryed new accounts,with same ip, than changed ip also signed from laptop but very strange thing,it wont let me pay,after ebay chekaout it KEEPS ASK ME TO ADD CARD wich is already added and confirmed,called paypal they told me your account is perfect,it may be the selller restrictions,or call ebay... ok called ebay still no help,was waitin for 30 min on phone and they couldnt figure out or dont telling me a reason and after they dropped phone...so i dont ever know what is an issue with my account? ebay or paypal? but when i tryed to pay with my friend account it let me to pay...and 1 more thing if seller is from china it lets me to pay.
So please can someone tell me the solution? im thinking to buy some stealth ebay and pp acounts but i want it especialy for paying and i need to have there added my working debit card.will i abble to do than?
