These are good. The guy seems to be a bit too thin.
First one is the best one for me. Might be even an original Idea.
Secound one. I don't know. Looks good. I just know the first 3-4 gens. Probably you got inspired by another Pokemon.
The last Pokemon look familiar with another one which name I forgot. Tough the other one looks darker and got a bit of yellow & red.
Maybe you know what I mean.
Do you do pokemon roms? And if yes do you use the RPG Maker? If not tell me the software. I wanted to make one too before I leave the time span where I still "like" Pokemon.

the last one is inspired a lot by gible for the sprite, when I drew him on pen and paper he looks a lot different I just don't know what to change quite yet so that's probably why he looks so familiar his other evolutions don't look anything like that tho, I eventually hope to make this a whole game but it would take a long time and I still haven't fully fleshed out the story or a full pokedex

thank you! I tried to mimic selective outlining without fully understanding the placement, I looked at a reference of all the gym leaders and n's battle sprites for the majority of it and I didn't quite understand, but I'll lok into i t more and improve the sprites I've made

Hue shifting will be your friend. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND using selective outlining *do some research on the stuff*

Last is my fav and I like it 
I really like the first one. Maybe you can use that for building your own Pixel Art game.. Visuals will be nice then.
