How does 2FA even work? Wtf

I have it enabled but I can still login with my password so this is totally useless.

Once you authenticate on an IP address, it gets saved so you don't have to authenticate on that same IP again.

I understand, but how come I don't see the 2FA box? Will it be enabled as soon as IP changes or from different computer?

Yeah once your IP changes you should be required to enter it again.
