You should probably stick to Photoshop. Just watch couple tutorials and you'll notice that it's noob friendly

I stick with Photoshop because that's what I know. I hear a lot of great things about GIMP but I need to use photoshop for my work because I don't know GIMP and have no incentive to learn it
