SolvedIM Chat button not there

Hello, I have been using MPGH for a long time now, but today is the first day where I went on and realized that the Chat button on the bottom left isn't there anymore. Is it down or is there some different things wrong with my computer?

Edit: Read some stuff. Want to note that I do not have any antiviruses or windows firewall enabled on my computer.

Also have this problem now. Was working a few hours ago.
