Here's a small C# tool I made to get access to the chinese chibi starter icons which are free and available in all regions but not shown in the official client and thus not usable normally.

How it works

Open League Client and be Logged in
Open the tool and wait for it to attach
Enter the desired icon ID and hit set

How does this works? it attaches to my game but how do i set the icon?

There is an "internal server error" whenever you try to have an icon with an ID number that is higher than 78. All icons with icon numbers 78 or less will work fine but from 501 and over there is no change in icon and the debug log will say "Exception at System :: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."
