There is no anticheat update pertaining to replay bots. The other posts about 'vac in osu' is just straight up conjecture in its purest form.
If you are talking about replay ridor and replay copy neko they have been detected since 2016; which has nothing to do with the intrinsic properties of replay bots and instead is all to do with improper execution.
