I have some experience with the way of gettin banned ... I do`nt know how often i had to buy this game until today..
but all of them were legit..
I startet a new account and nearby 700 hours of gameplay, with new hardware and a new internet contract .. i investest some money for a Steamcode with exclusives.. I GOT BANNED AGAIN.
I couldn`t explain ... there was no issue.. no bypass, no modification... no hate speech.. nothing.. no HWID ...
Dbd support told me the following:
We've checked the details, and you were banned for violating EAC policy.
Please be aware that EAC will not lift bans on request, however, to speak about reviewing your ban, please see the contact section of the EAC website:

What is going wrong with this guys..
