Dell has been well known to bill and send debt collectors. I knew someone who got into deep trouble even though he used a reship and fake name. I wouldn't advise SE-ing dell. Too risky. Better off refunding their products.

Refunding=ordering stuff and using methods to get your money back. one method is "did not arrive".
Contact a refunder on this website and ask them for advice. Let them know what product you want and they'll let you know which website to use.

I already know that but other person said better off refunding their products.

Refunders on here offer double dip on Dell but I've heard of dell rebilling for stuff like this.
