Drop A Stack of items

i am currently using a windows, and I realise to drop single items u just press q, and if you want to drop a stack of items OR a single item you can press control + q . Is there a way to change this to make it so you just have to press Q, and not control Q to drop both a stack and a single item ?

How should i download it? because i cant see any download buttons

I don't think that is possible. How will it know the difference between a stack and 1?
