As niggo said you should wait for zen 2 (ryzen 3000 series) and get the 8 or even 12 core cpu with a x570 mb.
As you will have pcie 4 you can use an insane fast m2 ssd which might help with your large video files since you plan to record in 4k & 144fps.

Well, there is no real reason to be recording gameplay's on 4k if I don't have a monitor for it.
But once, I do have enough money to buy 2x4k monitors, then I will do 4k, but doubt that with current hardware, 4K 144FPS is something that can "Handle" I don't know though, at the moment.
@niggo
this is what I currently have, I heard that x450 is gonna support the Razer 7 3700X out of the box, pretty much.

i would still actually get a x570 board as the new cpus have a bit more requirements in terms of vrms so not all of the old boards are made for those high core count chips
also the new chipset will bring lots of improvements
i would also switch from the 970 pro to a 970 evo and get a bigger one for the price difference
since the evo now has long warranty aswell the small performance difference is not worth it anymore and the price difference makes the evo more appealing imo

The list is still incomplete, and needs to being worked on a little more, but I do have 2 components that I don't really need to buy, since I have them, I do have SSD and HDD already in my current PC, but I want something new and fresh, and potentionally sell the already owning components for cash, so it'd help me.
I am glad that I took upon this thing, because I've wanted to build one myself for so long, and, by the looks of it, it's already sort of expensive for someone who doesn't really get paid in terms of having a real job, and pretty much relays on the disability payment.
