It was popular a few years back and I think the dev killed himself over it or something, I dont remember full details. But it got removed from the app store and people were trying to sell iphones with the game still on it for stupid money.

I wonder if those were fake bids or real ones

The game publishers were idiotic to take that shit off the market. That could have been the seed for a large company. (Pre sure publishers were somewhat big already).but that could have rode the tail off that big time

iPhones cant download 3rd party apps, at least not back then. All the ebay listings were iPhones from what I remember.

Holy shit I did forget about flappy bird. That game went stupid viral every one I knew played it. Not to mention the fucking thousands of ripoffs that came out. At one point I'm pretty sure there was a literal flappy shit game.

How to make money-

STEP 1- GET A CHEAP ASS SMART PHONE
STEP 2- INSTALL ORIGINAL FLAPPY BIRD APK FOR FREE
STEP 3- CLOSE YOUR EYES. SMACK YOUR FACE ON THE NUMPAD.
STEP 4- SELL THE PHONE FOR WHATEVER THAT NUMBER CAME TO BE.
