I would like to know if you can still hack steam games after being banned by EAC. Thank you.

If you got banned by EAC or manual banned by DEVS you can't cheat in that specific game. However you can get new accounts and cheat there but watch out for hwid ban
If your DBD ban allows you to load into the game you are free to cheat but there really isn't any point as you cannot play a match.
