Unresolved059 client spamming "too many failed logins"

The grey bar with the Loading.. message pops up for about 10 seconds then goes to "Load error, retrying" to "Too many failed logins, try again later" and back again.

This is just upon loading the 059client projector, I dont get a chance to even log in to an account.

Any help?

Some faulty code in the client which send a bunch of login requests and deca blocks them so that happens
