axe definitely. the axe's normal slash is headshot when u aim a little over the head, and the special also kills them, while the shovel needs 2 hits anywhere(cant work with head like axe) and the same 1hitKO special shot...
shovel=1hit kill awsome wep but you get called shovel noob and i have been kicked once for using it
axe is cheaper 2 shot kill and faster and its a dam axe wats more scaryer to look at

Shovel is better, but it costs more. Axe is equivalent but it's slower. Your choice.
