Is it possible to identify a hacker ?

If he hacks you see it and report him. Why do you care if he gets some bloodpoints dude. If you're bad in this game you'll be bad with perks too

You can only tell if he's hacking if he's using something extremely blatant like speedhack or running legacy skins without owning the game at the correct time.
If someone has done something like BP modifications, you are only really able to tell via a screenshot.
