How to Edit a .GSC file ?!?!?!

how do i edit a .gsc file ? in text its like , china

open it with notepad

.gsc files open with notepad and .ff files, which contain .gsc files, are opened with a program like ffViewer.

i mean like i did that but it comes up like freakin chinatow

you cant open all .gsc files because there encrypted
there is no way to open them

dude like i downloaded the same version before man got it on my pc, tried to edit, fail V_V maybe i need to install something?
