I got some questions about crossmodding
:Why cant you change textures in a cross mod?

Is it still called a crossmod when your switching files of a gun that is the same type?

Why does that ugly camo/black texture come up when youve crossmodded?

Why does the crossmod look like a crappier version of the actual gun?

Can you change the textures when your switching files of a gun in the same gun type?

Are you suppose to switch every part of the gun files like PV_W_GV_DR_DF_GUN.LTB or just the ani bases?

what if the gun your trying to switch has an ani_g when the other gun just has gun_anibase?

I want to make a L96A1 into a M107CQ SE Includeing the scope i don't jsut want the look I mainly want the scope I'm jsut wondering how i do that?

Im pretty sure you can do that but you have to either make the mod yourself or find one on the internet,and because its a sniper it will 'look' like if your using the m107 scope,and why would you want to do that?doesnt the l9 have a faster firerate than the m107?if you want to search it just search on google something like'combat arms 196a1 to m-107'.
