If the cheat youre using is vac detected then yes.

You can get untrusted and VAC banned but never Overwatch because it doesn't exist in anything but wingman/competitive. Do note that player reports do carry over to comp, meaning if you get reported 11 times in casual THEN go and play comp, your very first match will be sent to OW.
