to properly run a stealth paypal id recommend getting a good proxy rather than a vpn
that way you can always have the same IP and its most likely not being used by anyone else so crossreferencing isnt as likely

Poeple whoever suggested you on getting a stealth account did a very good job because they are all right.
I'd rather use a stealth than my original account. Stealths are easy to use & better to operate. Using a dedicated proxy that nobody else has access to would be great and you can also be worryfree as you won't be affected much because of limitation of your account or anything!
Ofcourse its just a suggestion but you should really consider NOT using any kind of account on the same IP.

don't use VPN at all with paypal. that's the best way to get limited.
buy a VPS with dedicated IP and operate a new account from there.
