C# CSGO Console Editing [EXTERNAL]

Is it even possible to externally modify the text inside the csgo console (adding, clearing, setting, reading?). If so can some one provide a tutorial or a basic understanding of the steps I need to take to do such a thing. If you are just to lazy to write a tutorial and just post code that is fine. Just please ensure the code is functional and doesn't use a bunch of function that are not posted with the code so that its actually useful to me.
