Launch error

Hi I'm new, I really need some help with my game Crossfire. After I installed the game I directly launched it, as it processed I encountered this error. "Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted. Please, close any program which is affecting game client and restart the system" At first I had no idea what to do or how to fix it. I searched for solutions from other forums who have encountered this problem as well. These were their suggestions: Kill any unnecessary processes from task manager, disable the firewall, exclude the folder from the firewall, run compatibility from properties, redownload/reinstall, use gamebooster/ccleaner, reinstall and clean installation of windows and reverting back to the old OS version ( since I currently have the new 1903 after the update). Note that I have tried almost all of these methods except for reinstalling windows and reverting back to the old OS version 1809 (I can't rollback anymore since it had a limited within 10 days to go back but I was away for vacation for almost 2 weeks). Can someone help me with this? I've been dying to play this game
