will i get caught?

1. stole a paypal account.
2. gonna try to buy ipod touch around $150 from craigslist.
3. will give seller the money first through the stolen paypal account and tell him to ship the game to my friend's address but its really mine. (through email btw)
4. im leaving to another country for 1 month in june 12 and if i get the ipod touch before that, im taking it with me.

think i will get caught?

Depends who you stole the paypal off, if you stole it off someone who uses it 24/7 then maybe but if off someone who never uses it probably not.

took that chance before and i got lucky but i was scared as fuck though after you guys told me i could get caught.

If you have a static ip and the person actually pursues it you're getting caught.

Go to a library and do it.

Its 150, no biggie.

i got dynamic ip and yes im planning to use proxy (hotspot shield) when i login through the paypal account and buy it. i done $200 worth before and shipped it to my address and it worked out fine.

Lol, it wont matter, the police department can bypass whatever proxy you're using. You'll end up in jail if you continue to do this...

Its really no biggie for the person you stole it from. All they have to do is contact their cc company, tell them they didn't purchase that shit, and it would get refunded to them.

You probs will get caught.
