This was my totw entry over at Fringe.
It's actually the first contest I entered over there.
When I first joined, I felt too intimidated to enter the totw there.
So many good artists, and I just felt like I was too novice to compete.
So far this tag is doing pretty good on the polls.
I wasn't quite sure how it would be received.
The theme is technology.
The majority of entries were quite flashy, and laden with great effects.
I thought I might try something different,
So I mixed up some realism, with a twist of future surgery.
The motivation/inspiration for this piece was stem cell research.
I wanted to depict the eeriness as well as the marvels of science.
