I'm looking to get my permanently suspended twitter account unsuspended.

if you use or promote third-party services or apps that claim to get you more followers, Retweets, or likes (such as follower trains, sites promising "more followers fast", “decks” or other applications, services, or groups which artificially inflate the follower or engagement counts on Tweets and accounts).
Accordingly, your account will not be restored.
