Need a server plugin that can disable double tap

hey guys so i currently have a HvH server and i want to know is there any plugin that can disable double tap?
double tap,rapid fire,charge fire call it whatever you want, but i just wondering is there any plugin that can disable or just make no damage for the second shot?

Since everyone is literally abusing this feature now :/
