Hide or die FPS Config?

Can someone make a Hide or die fps config?
It works the same way as dbd but some commands break stuff.

My potato pc cant handle this game too well.

Not very dbd related but assymetrical and similar, so i will let it here.

I hope you will ge more answers that way
