The thing is to change your IP address via VPN and your steam store to a different country of your choice.
For DBD it could be Russia or Argentina since there is the lowest coverted price.

12500 Auric cells is about 100$ if I am not mistaken.. but for Russians it is about 40$.

Same system applies to DLCs and other content.
But the catch is, if steam finds out about this, they can TERMINATE you whole STEAM account.

Perhaps steam isn't banning for this, but I heard that they can blacklist your payment method. I recommend to buy gift cards from a 3rd party site and then spend the money.

Why would they ban u for giving them money? that's the dumbest thing I've read. If you used a stolen cc, obviously you will get banned and more.

You will not get banned for this. The only possibility is to have your payment method blocked but that's mainly because your bank could think your card has been stolen. PayPal too. Just use another account to gift Steam balance to your other account and there's no risk.

Steam determinating your account for getting cheap games and dlcs? i just feel like its bullshit, i have been using this method since like 2-3 years and nothing happened yet lmao, other people have used this longer than that.

I feel like that as long as you don't make it super obvious and "cheat" yourself hundreds of dollars away with that steam is fine.

well, im not sure about that, i used 50-100 euros like every 2-3 months and used vpn, russian or argentina, both of them. getting auric cells and cheap games.

can you add cash to your steam wallet this way and then have it convert when you reset your location?

or do you have to buy the games/auric cells at once before turning your vpn off?

Any possible way this could work on PS4/Xbox?

Set a vpn on your router. (Ps. I don't know if prices in Argentina are lower on PS4/Xbox stores.

use argentina vpn 30$ for 13000 and 0 risk of banned
