How to avoid HWID ban

So if i wont log in my steam account before i will get ban can i still get hwid ban?

I don't understand your question.

Once a ban has been issued to your account, no matter what you do, your account is going to get banned.

If you logged into a steam account before a ban on an other account, they still know this because they track your activity.
